In-depth Study Tour to Palestine/Israel 6 – 16 November 2017
Starting with a base in Bethlehem, travel will take participants to the different geographical areas – the Mediterranean coastline, the Judean and Negev Deserts, and the Galilee. The itinerary provides an outstanding opportunity to meet with inspiring key people and organisations who work on the cutting edge providing political analysis, education, humanitarian assistance, legal representation and architectural preservation.
Look at issues concerning housing rights, refugees, mental and physical health, travel restrictions, settlements and closures. Gain insight on the elements required for obtaining a just and sustainable solution for both Palestinians and Israelis. Learn about what brings hope to the locals and what they want us to do when we get home.
The cost of £1090 per person includes the full eleven-day tour programme staying at good three-star hotels at half-board (bed, breakfast and evening meal), sharing a twin-bedded room with ensuite facilities, guidance from the tour leader, other day-guides and tips. Flights, lunches and travel insurance are not included. Participants are provided with personal guidance to help prepare them for their ETT tour so that they get the most from this unique opportunity.
